The Challenge: Science. Tech. Engineering. Math. “STEM” fields entirely underrepresent women. And it starts with stereotypes and a lack of self-confidence, which results in a lack of enrollment in college courses.

The Idea: An app designed to invite motivated, young female minds to feel connected and heard while pursuing their talents…and by showing how extensive the world of STEM really is. It will include a social feed of all things STEM, live sessions featuring professionals in the field, and daily news updates that deliver credible, inspiring accomplishments. The more you engage, the more points you’ll earn to eventually exchange for access to special STEM-related events.
